Contract Position

We have a 28 year history of continued service with the Aerospace and Defense Industry highlighted through the care for each of our employees and our clients missions. This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems. Their mission is creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military. Responsibilities:

• Lead model and simulation activities as you participate in requirements analysis and management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathemativs field combined with 8 + years of relevant work experience; or Master's Degree combined with 6 + years of relevant work experience. 
• Ability to Obtain Top Secret Clearance 
• Agile experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering concepts, principles and theories
• Strong proficiency with requirements management & system modeling tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to get buy-in on concepts and ideas
• Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
• Aptitude to quickly grasp and apply new information
• Effectively leads teams to the successful completion of major programs and projects
• Ability to interact with project teams, managers and end users
• DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform/tools:
  • AWS
  • GitLab
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Jenkins
  • Ansible
  • Terraform
• CI/CD pipeline development
• Test automation
• Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
• Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
