    Onboarding Specialist

    Nashville, TN

    Responsibilities

    The Onboarding Specialist supports the Procurement & Sourcing Organization, performing daily administration tasks of vendor engagements (i.e. third-party workforce, services, and suppliers) including on-boarding/off-boarding tasks.  Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks. 

    • Educate vendors on the onboarding/offboarding process.
    • Ensure Third Party Workforce packages and templates are distributed as required.
    • Facilitate the on-boarding and off-boarding processes with vendors to ensure background check, drug screening and required training is complete before resource starts.
    • Grant system access to contractors upon completion of onboarding requirements
    • Support the due diligence of vendors by updating reports to ensure onboarding requirements are completed by the vendor.
    • Execute system termination as requested by vendor.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in business oriented environment.
    • Procurement experience is a plus.
    • Experience in MSOffice tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated excellence working in a team environment
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. No sponsorship is available for this position.

     

    Education and Experience: Associate Degree or equivalent work experience required.

     

    Conditions of Employment:
