    EE Technical Designer 4

    Wire Installation technical designer to support Philadelphia Engineering Electrical Design team on various design, integration and release of wire bundles, harnesses and installation drawings.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop, maintain and release electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying company, industry and governmental standards for multiple customers.
    • Manage, interpret and develop design requirements.
    • Use design tools to document and maintain configuration design control.
    • Manage, create, develop and maintain complex systems designs by preparing design layouts, modifying existing designs and integrating systems elements.
    • Validate complex engineering system design and functionality.
    • Lead process for product installation designs and part designs ranging from simple to complex.
    • Coordinate activities and products with cross-functional groups, internal partners and external suppliers.
    • Review and assign work to others. Work under minimal direction.

    Qualifications

    • Required – Advanced technical skill in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA

     

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

     

    Education and Experience

    • AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
