Operations Specialist

 (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

Tallahassee, FL



  • Harness, electrical, and mechanical assembly including routing wires, plugging wires, crimping contacts, make electrical connections with solder, assembling hardware, tightening hardware, complete testing of electronic units.
  • Work safely following OSHA and ISO guidelines.


  • Able to use simple hand tools, power tools, fixtures and direct reading test devices.
  • Able to interface with computerized work instructions as well as read and follow drawings.
  • Able to inspect and verify work performed is in accordance with requirements.
  • Able to become IPC certified in Soldering.
  • Capable of lifting 20+ lbs without assistance.
  • Willing to work overtime during the week and including weekends.
  • Willing to work multiple shifts and holidays.
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Supervisor; able to follow instructions.
  • Strong PC skills using MS Word, Excel, and applicable software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative; self-starter, requires minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and work proficiently within a team environment.
  • Able to work overtime during the week or weekend as needed and as defined by supervisor.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED and less than 1 year of experience
