    Advanced Software Engineer

     (US Citizenship Required*)

    Scottsdale, AZ



    • Perform software requirements analysis
    • Participate in research
    • Design, develop, and test software and tools, including developing new work products or enhancing existing applications, systems or embedded products
    • Code, test, integrate, and document software solutions
    • Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to the development of complex software and architectures
    • Participate in internal review of software components and systems


    • Required – Active TS/SCI security clearance.
    • Proficient knowledge of software tools supporting Integrated Development Environments (IDE), version control, defect reporting and scripting
    • Able to provide technical leadership to an organization
    • Proficient using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products
    • Programming skills in C, C++, Java
    • Experience in SQL
    • Understands Object-oriented techniques, including modeling
    • Experience with software development lifecycle, including requirements definition and unit testing
    • Understands real-time embedded software programming, including object-oriented modeling experience.
    • Candidate should have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, managing team roles and responsibilities, and delivery of the final system.

    *US Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field is required (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
