    Supply Chain Specialist 2

    Responsibilities

    • Support Government Services Supply Chain Management organization within Order & Delivery Management.
    • Assist executing delivery requirements for various government programs and customers.
    • Ensure customer requirements are executable and authorized in a timely manner, and work with various functions to ensure product is delivered on time to customers.
    • Assist identifying and resolving supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture.
    • Assist monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives.
    • Teamwork with various functions including Supplier Management, Contracts, Engineering, Program Management and Asset Management.
    • Contact and work with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of requirements and resolve delivery issues and constraints.

    Qualifications

    • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of Spares requirements.
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices, strong data analysis capabilities, and a customer focus for delivering quality products on time while ensuring internal business goals are met.

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

     

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
