    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Global Security Operations Center Dispatcher

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Mesa, AZ



    • Responsible for monitoring, receiving and dispatching calls for Security and Fire emergency and non-emergency services in accordance to established guidelines. Must maintain radio contact with those entities.
    • Collect pertinent information; quickly and accurately type that information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
    • Relay information in a timely manner to responding units.
    • Effectively monitor multiple radio frequencies simultaneously.
    • Answer emergency phones.
    • Will be Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certified and in good standing. (EMD training is provided in-house.)
    • Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions according to policies and procedures.
    • Make required and requested notifications.
    • Responsible for successful operations of all CAD, telephone, alarm monitoring systems, radio, paging systems, weather alert systems and any other communications equipment in the center.


    • The dispatch center operates 24X7X365 and the dispatch candidate must be willing to work shift work, nights, weekends and holidays.
    • Must have the ability to multi-task.
    • Professional and courteous with all customer interactions in person, on the telephone and on the radio. Responsible own emotions; doesn’t let those emotions to interfere in sound decision making, especially during emergency events.
    • Must be reliable and take personal pride in the work performed.
    • Must maintain a positive attitude under stressful situations.
    • Must have the ability to perform in a team environment.
    • Must have Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Keyboarding skills at a minimum of 35 WPM.
    • Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) experience preferred.

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Conditions of Employment:
