    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Test & Evaluation Engineer 5

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Huntington Beach, CA



    • Lead development of standard test methods and processes and apply advanced test technologies to create or improve test methods.
    • Write invention disclosures to protect company Intellectual Property.
    • Prepare R&D proposals and present to internal management and external customer.
    • Apply emerging industry technologies to develop test procedures.
    • Review critical procedures to identify potential problems and resolve issues.
    • Develop innovative metrology design techniques, processes, methods, or concepts.
    • Oversee integration of new design and manufacturing techniques into test hardware/system designs.
    • Analyze processes for potential improvements and recommends associated changes.
    • Develop standard policies for post-test activity.
    • Resolve or oversee resolution of special test procedures.
    • Work with enterprise test and engineering group to standardize evaluation techniques.
    • Formulate expectations for test data for new or unique tests.
    • Train and coach others. Work under consultative direction.



    • Intermediate knowledge/expertise in hydraulics
    • Able to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience.
    • Degree from ABET accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
