    Project Manager Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (PM WIN-T) delivers an extensive tailorable suite of integrated tactical network communication and network/cyber management capabilities to support today’s complex Joint, Coalition and Civil missions worldwide. Armed with an innovative “ONE NETWORK” vision, PM WIN-T provides an agile, modular “tool kit” of unified network capability to enable Commanders to best support their missions at every stage of operations, from home station to early entry, to the furthest edge of the battlefield.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead others and direct all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008).
    • Identify key stakeholder project objectives and requirements.
    • Ensure assigned individuals execute assigned tasks and provide appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
    • Provide in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
    • Provide assessment of team performance to appropriate management.
    • Domestic Travel: 10%

    Qualifications

    • Required – Able to obtain Secret Clearance.
    • Capture Team Lead experience in the radio communications and satellite business area.
    • Familiar with Sources Sought (SS), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), Contracts, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Task Orders/Delivery Orders, Drafts and fast turnarounds.
    • Knowledge of and experience in, military radio systems and satellite interface, as pertains to secure networks.
    • Able to write technical volumes in support of a government RFP’s
    • Able to interpret government writing and create responses
    • Experienced with Army terms and acronyms;
    • Army Acquisition experience preferred.
    • WIN-T (Army Tactical Network) Army experience is preferred. WIN-T is the Army’s tactical communications network backbone that enables mission command and secure reliable voice, video and data communications.
    • Able to organize, plan and schedule work.
    • Agile, flexible and fluid in dealing with company and external personnel

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

     

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Conditions of Employment:
