    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Mechanical System Design & Analysis Engineer 2

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Fort Walton Beach, FL



    • Support resolution of issues encountered procuring spares for various military aircraft platforms.
    • Evaluate product specifications, contact and communicate with suppliers, coordinate with specialty organizations (Stress, Aero, Thermal, M&P) at remote sites routinely.
    • Upon resolution of existing design issues, update drawings in the form of Attached Drawing Change Notice (ADCN) or Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
    • Generate and submit change documentation and follow through review to release.
    • Support development and documentation of mechanical and fluid system and thermal environment.
    • Support development, maintenance or modification of system designs/proposals to provide design documentation and high-level requirements to downstream users/customers.
    • Perform detail design development and modification of mechanical and fluid system installations.
    • Perform spatial integration at system or component level and modification of mechanisms/landing gear/ordinance systems.
    • Assist preparing technical documents for mechanical components and systems.
    • Work under general supervision.


    • Mechanical design skills such as familiarity with material properties, finish codes, strength of materials, machining and manufacturing processes will be required.
    • Familiarity with standard parts look up systems such as PSDS, Haystack, IHS is desired.
    • Familiarity with company process and release system is also desired.

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification.
    • Degree from an ABET accredited course of study, in engineering
