    Staff Analyst 2

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Hazelwood, MO

    Responsibilities

    • Data Administrator – support Intellectual Property Management Contracts & Licensing organizations.
    • Load / validate data of contractual information from multiple customers and platforms into our contracts & licensing system based on a checklist and process guidelines
    • Coordinate information directly with Contract Representatives, Licensing Representatives and leadership
    • Troubleshoot system and process issues, and maintaining system data integrity
    • Limited travel – one domestic trip to Tukwila, WA for orientation / training

    Qualifications

    • Paralegal or law department experience a plus.
    • Able to read & interpret Commercial Contracting language a plus
    • Understanding of Contracting Pro Forma Terms & Conditions a plus
    • Perform quality data loading into contracts systems
    • Able to interpret data from contracts and understand requirements against checklists and guidelines for data accuracy
    • Able to resolve routine discrepancies in support of maintaining data integrity
    • Organization and problem solving skills are essential
    • Candidate must be able to work with multi-disciplined teams
    • Strong leadership, communication skills and the willingness to work with minimal direction is expected
    • Possess a positive work attitude and team approach
    • Able to balance work priorities of multiple teams

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or GED and typically 5 or more years of related experience in Commercial Contracting and / or Intellectual Property Licensing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Conditions of Employment:
