    As software engineer on this team you’ll have a close working relationship with our users. This allows us to better understand their needs, and to see the results of our work. Our users are engaged, and committed to working with us to create an exceptional product. You will also get an opportunity to work with emerging technologies. We are working on a number of R&D efforts that allow us to experiment with new technologies and concepts, and identify ways to enhance our product. In addition, you’ll be encouraged to identify and pursue new projects.     • Be the primary interface with project leads and System Engineers for software architecture decisions.
    • Own multiple software engineering lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design (OOD), implementation, unit testing, integration testing, and delivery.
    • Support development of complex internal and external system interfaces.


    • Required – active TS/SCI clearance. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.
    • Agile Software Development experience Java programming expertise & knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases
    • Demonstrated object oriented programming experience
    • Configuration management expertise including software release tools/processes and management of data
    • Knowledge of the UNIX and/or widows programming environment & UNIX shell scripting
    • Requirement to generate documentation to accompany developed software



    • Experience as a scrum master Demonstrated object oriented programming experience in Java OS background to include Sun Solaris or Linux, and Windows Object Oriented Methodologies and UML Modeling Techniques.
    • Knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases.
    • Web development experience with Ruby on Rails or a Node.js framework
    • Knowledge of NoSQL Databases, of JavaScript and CSS; jQuery and Dojo library experience; Subversion or Git experience; Amazon Web Services experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to generate documentation to accompany developed software

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level
