Their primary focus is helping organizations plan and implement complex enterprise solutions using commercial software solutions:  Enterprise Solution Design, Data Management, Process & Data Integration, Service‐oriented Composite Applications, and the managing and monitoring of implementation projects relative to enterprise solution architectures. Overall, they focus on technology landscapes that include large‐scale enterprise software products.

     

    Windows System Administrator

    (Temporary, 6 mo Assignment - Remote or on-site)

    Responsibilities

    • Support Windows operating systems and applications to include Server 2008R2, Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows 7 and Windows 10
    • Perform scans utilizing ACAS and ensure system compliance
    • Resolve Service Desk escalation issues
    • Develop and deploy desktop GPOs while ensuring limited service disruptions
    • Communicate across functional groups to assist in the resolution of complex desktop issue
    • Perform system administration of HBSS servers in a virtual environment
    • Perform ePO server administrative tasks
    • Test patches/updates/systems prior to network release
    • Deploy software patches and update to desktop systems in order to mitigate security vulnerabilities
    • Perform other hardware and software tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance
    • IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)
    • Acceptable Computing Environment certification

     

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of McAfee HBSS and its associated technologies
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 & Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and other common desktop applications
    • Excellent written and organizational skills
    • General knowledge of Federal and DoD Guidance (DoDD 8500.1, DoDI 8500.2), DIACAP, RMF, NIST, and DoD Certification & Accreditation processes
    • General knowledge of network, server and desktop technologies

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 + years of relevant work experience
