    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Manufacturing Operations Analyst 3

    (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Auburn, WA



    • Instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles.
    • Assist formatting updated training materials.
    • Lead and facilitate (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts.
    • Support advanced continuous improvement tool application.
    • Participate in strategy development.
    • Conduct Beta tests on new tools.
    • Provide advanced technical knowledge & leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organization efficiency.
    • Apply process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns.
    • Use problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
    • Gather data, conduct analyses, and develop recommendations for implementation of new systems & processes.
    • Facilitate work teams; provide necessary training; lead problem resolution & process improvement.
    • Part time


    • Required – CNC programming
    • Required – Mill or lathe experience including setting up and operating
    • Desired experience using Mastercam.
    • General assembly experience

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
