    Join our team as an Administrator to provide general administrative support for about 20-25 employees. You will manage their calendars, schedule meetings, travel, and associated arrangements, as well as report expense and time. You will find ways to relieve the Managers and their staff of administrative details, allowing them to concentrate on business activities. You will need to demonstrate poise, initiative, trustworthiness, timeliness, precision, and adherence to confidentiality at all times.


    • Assist Managers’ and staff's calendar and meeting schedules in Microsoft Outlook, including internal and external meetings with clients & staff
    • Manage changing schedules and appointments as well as coordinate projects & tasks
    • Prepare meeting agendas and compile materials for meetings, discussions, and presentations
    • Monitor external/internal communications, and address communications in an expeditious manner, bringing critical issues to the Manager's attention
    • Schedule and ensure full support for meetings, coordinate video teleconferences, conference calls, & meetings: reserve rooms, prepare for event, and coordinate with on-site facilities and IT experts
    • Plan local, domestic, and international travel arrangements maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travel
    • Prepare expense reports for travel reimbursements to ensure timely filing
    • Discretely accept and screen calls, connect callers with appropriate staff, and follow up as needed
    • Greet internal and external customers
    • Obtain data from various sources, analyze data and information, and prepare reports as needed
    • Enter, format, and proofread inputs into Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word documents
    • Build collaborative relationships, internally and externally
    • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and customers
    • Collaborate with others to improve processes and procedures
    • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

    • Should have strong attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy
    • Must have good writing and editing skills, vocabulary and grammar
    • Should have experience in managing information and tasks easily
    • Requires current information technology skills and experience

    *US Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.


    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 2 years administrative or business experience is required.
