    Advanced Government Property Associate

    (US Citizenship Required*)

    Scottsdale, AZ

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain records and control of property owned by company, vendors, contractors, and government agencies in accordance with company procedure or government regulations
    • Participate in conducting inventories
    • Establish and maintain acquisition, disposition and movement records for property received, transferred or disposed
    • Participate in scrap process for obsolete or no longer required property
    • Asset tag and identify customer owned equipment
    • Update database to reflect movement of equipment from one location to another or a transfer to a different custodian or contract
    • Limited supervision; no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new lines of work or special assignments

    Qualifications

    • Property administration, inventory control or warehouse management experience is preferred
    • Proficient in the use of all MS Office Suite applications
    • Considerable ability to accurately enter data into an enterprise software application
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Exhibits adaptability and flexibility
    • Able to recognize and meet schedule priorities
    • Considerable knowledge of program close-out activities

    *US Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

     

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

     

    Conditions of Employment:
