    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Employee Development Specialist 2

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Salt Lake City, UT



    • Access internal learning management system to log in and “proctor” employees taking on-line skill assessments, referred to as “eTest”
    • File eTest “log in sheets”
    • Ensure employees are following eTest guidelines and procedures
    • Review and evaluate acceptable / non-acceptable training projects per set criteria
    • General classroom and testing area “housekeeping”
    • Write and send emails using Outlook
    • Update Excel spreadsheets containing mostly text
    • Organize training project part shelving based on verbal instructions
    • Replenish supplies related to training projects (e.g. fasteners, aluminum parts, drills, etc.)
    • 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:30 pm) position with approximately 6 days per month on partial night shift hours (11:00 am – 7:30 pm)


    • Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills in a positive manner
    • Strong computer skills needed

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Conditions of Employment:

    Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation which may include education, criminal and work history verifications.
