    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Workforce Specialist 3

     (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Renton, WA



    • Interface with customers and suppliers on workforce products and services.
    • Deploy Workforce products and services to support customer requirements.
    • Participate in developing and administering tools and processes to support Workforce strategies and planning.
    • Support the customer by interpreting and applying Collective Bargaining Agreement inquiries regarding Workforce related topics.
    • Advise and counsel multiple customer groups regarding Workforce policies and processes.
    • Educate Human Resource Generalists on Workforce process and services to enable them to partner with customers.
    • Interpret, analyze, and provide applicable internal data (e.g., demographics, attrition) and metrics to identify potential issues that could impact the business and to support skills management.
    • Represent Workforce on company teams to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
    • Lead cross functional regional teams to support customer requests or customer engagement.


    • 3+ years working with cross-functional organizations
    • 3+ year giving presentations and public speaking
    • Capable of traveling 25% of the time


    • 1+ year supporting Manufacturing Operations
    • 3+ years with project management
    • 1+ year planning & executing diversity recruiting events
    • 3+ years’ experience in the areas of sourcing, academic program development, or recruiting at the High school or College level

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
