    We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:


    Staff Analyst 2

    (U.S. Citizenship Required*)

    Seattle, WA



    Join our business/PMO team to support with general project and administrative skills. You will mostly help integrate across our major program teams and manage data and metrics that demonstrate program performance.


    • Collect and assemble data from multiple sources.
    • Conduct research and assist with the evaluation of organizational issues.
    • Support leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.
    • Summarize and review documentation; develop informational or technical materials.
    • Gather customer requirements for projects.
    • Develop and maintain the project schedule; monitor and track plan execution.
    • Work with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
    • Plan and coordinate group-level facility requirements.
    • Provide status reports.
    • Maintain and track training requirements.
    • Coordinate project review activity and status reporting for recurring project process and progress documentation.
    • Perform certain elementary level project tasks and record progress in accordance with accepted industry project management standards (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008).
    • Develop and apply basic negotiating skills in support of various project tasks.
    • Help gather project-related information to support the creation and production of various reports.


    • Experience with Scaled Agile is preferred.

    *U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
