    Integrated Master Scheduler 

    Madison, AL



    • Responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules to meet customer objectives.
    • Develop, plan and maintain detailed schedules.
    • Coordinate and consolidate schedules to ensure all detailed work plans are consistent with Contract scheduling policies and included in the Integrated Master Schedule. 
    • Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
    • Determine, monitor, and review all project schedules to include resources, interdependences, and risk. 
    • Provide input and recommendations to Program Managers and Senior Management regarding scheduling conflicts/ changes.
    • Maintain accurate records/ paperwork.
    • Identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events. 
    • Report to Senior Management with schedule related status and reports.
    • Facilitate and participate in weekly program and schedule reviews.
    • Assist in recording and tracking program review meeting minutes and action items.
    • Provide planning assistance to program managers as needed.
    • Work closely with other schedulers to develop scheduling policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Analysis/Management, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
    • Demonstrated experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent Microsoft Project experience (or similar project scheduling software)
    • Deltek CostPoint experience a plus
    • PMI Project Scheduling Professional Certification (PMI-SP) a plus


    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology or equivalent experience 
    • 4+ years of Scheduling and/or Project Management experience
